• Construction Management – BKM Construction’s contract management team has the experience to manage your Federal, municipal, public and private projects.  Our client list includes the Corps of Engineers, Veteran’s Administration, United States Army and Air Force, Bureau of Indians Affairs, Bureau of Prisons, multiple college universities, many municipalities and private businesses.  We will provide professional oversight of your project that will ensure compliance with current codes, provide quality control inspections and reports, maintain and promote safety protocols and a safe work environment for all tradesmen and efficient schedule development and execution.

• Facility Maintenance Services – Facility maintenance encompasses the buildings operational systems and operational support of the facility.  Maintaining the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems, electrical and generator systems, repair and maintenance of interior and exterior finishes, janitorial services, winter/snow removal services.  We provide the necessary services to maintain the investment of your office or facility.
